BritKit Monthly Subscription Box

I heard a thump by my front door;  I opened the door.   I see this on the ground

box .

My first ever BritKit arrived!  I am so excited.  This is my first box from Brit + Co but not my first from a subscription company.  I love opeining up monthly subscription boxes to see what goodies await.

Okay, I admit it.  I knew what was going to be inside the box as I took a peek on the website yesterday.  I just couldn’t help myself.

With the first box, I ordered the DIY Starter Kit.  I believe one person can never have too many crafting tools (my hubby would probably disagree with me).  I have a teen girl (I’ll call her Martha) and a pre-teen girl (I’ll call her Tink) that love creating crafty things and the tools do not always get back to the places where they found them.  The DIY Starter Kit comes with a nifty bag that holds more than you would think by looking at it.

I’m impressed.  I love crafting tools.  I can imagine the psooibilities I can create.  I totally forgot about the X-Acto knife ciming with the DIY Starter Kit.  Martha will be so excited as we were wanting to do a T-shirt project needing fabric paint, freezer paper, and a T-shirt that I saw on Pinterest.

Now on to the monthly kit.  This is February’s crafting project

feb project using

items needed

I am excited about this project because it is not something I would think of myself when wanting to be crafty.  Martha, Tink, and I will have lots of fun doing this project together.

The supplies came in a box that can easily be re-purposed to store craft items, craft projects, etc.  The polka-dotted napkins that we will make will look lovely on my kitchen table to brighten things up.

Also included was a code to use at the Apple App Store that adds topography to photos.  I cannot wait to use this!  I see many possibilities on the horizon for this.

I have to say that I am pleased with my first-ever BritKit.  I cannot wait until March to see what that one holds.
